Strawberry Peach Biscuits

Ingredients:
1 box Calhoun’s Biscuit Mix
1 cup diced strawberries
1 cup diced peaches
1 ¼ cups buttermilk
3 tbsp sugar
Directions:
  • Preheat oven to 425 °F
  • Pour Calhoun's Biscuit Mix into a bowl with diced fruit
  • Toss until fruit is covered
  • Add sugar and buttermilk. Stir gently
  • Roll out to ½ " thickness on floured surface
  • Cut with biscuit cutter and place on baking sheet
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
  • Remove from the oven and brush with butter
