Note: This pumpkin pie recipe is crustless, but you can easily make it with your favorite pie crust!
Ingredients:
½ cup Calhoun’s biscuit mix
¾ cup sugar
2 tbsp butter
1 ½ cups buttermilk
2 cups pumpkin puree
2 ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp vanilla
Directions:

Heat oven to 350°F

Grease a 10-inch pie plate

Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend on high

Pour mixture into pie plate

Bake 50-60 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean

Garnish with whipped cream if desired
