Ingredients:
1 box Calhoun’s Biscuit Mix
1 cup diced strawberries
1 cup diced peaches
1 ¼ cups buttermilk
3 tbsp sugar
Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 °F

Pour Calhoun's Biscuit Mix into a bowl with diced fruit

Toss until fruit is covered

Add sugar and buttermilk. Stir gently

Roll out to ½ " thickness on floured surface

Cut with biscuit cutter and place on baking sheet

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown

Remove from the oven and brush with butter
